Intentions of this Educator Wellness Workshop:

  • Enjoy a yoga and mindfulness practice that is for every body
  • Create space for educators to enhance well-being and build community
  • Equip participants with strategies to enhance their own well-being and support their communities
  • Share the Breathe For Change movement with fellow wellness-minded educators

What to Bring:

  • Journal and pen
  • Packed snacks and water
  • Yoga mat (if accessible)
  • Comfortable, layered clothing 
  • Most important: YOUR OPEN HEART AND MIND… and your loved ones and colleagues
