Breathe For Change hosts the world's only 200-hour mindfulness and yoga teacher training designed specifically for professional and workplace integration. 

Participants gain deep knowledge of mind-body wellness practices such as meditation and mindful movement, and are equipped with specific strategies for how to integrate them into professional settings. Together, we develop leadership capacity and gain expertise in facilitating community building workshops, leading communication exercises, and cultivating collective purpose in our organizations.

Graduates receive the official Yoga Alliance RYT-200 Certification, and are certified as Breathe For Change Wellness Champions, qualifying to lead wellness programs at their workplaces. Space is limited - please apply now!

One for One Program

Breathe For Change started by offering mindfulness and yoga trainings for educators and schools. Our programs focus on teachers and schools in low-income neighborhoods, where services like yoga and mindfulness are rarely offered but most desperately needed. Research in the field continues to show the immense impact these types of practices are having on school climate, teacher retention, and students academic outcomes. Each participant's tuition goes towards funding an educator scholarship, directly supporting our movement to transform education!

Curriculum Overview

Breathe For Change approaches well-being on three interrelated levels: Transformation of Self, Transformation of Relationships, and Transformation of Community. Our curriculum integrates mind-body wellness practices, communication techniques, collaboration strategies, and community building exercises across these three layers into a progression of themes designed specifically for professionals who want to change the world.

Beyond The Training: Support for Wellness Champions

Breathe For Change ensures that all of our Wellness Champion graduates have the tools and support to bring the benefits of our trainings back to their workplaces to create large-scale positive change.

All graduates receive access to our Breathe For Change App, monthly wellness guides and ongoing cohort community meetings for continued professional development.

We also support our Wellness Champions in leading weekly wellness classes, as well as a series of transformational workshops for other interested employees at their organizations.
