My favorite mindfulness practice is Anuloma Viloma in pranayama; silence in nature.

Tulsi grew up in India practicing yoga, meditating with her parents and studying Indian classical dance (Bharatanatyam). She holds a BA in Dance, Theater, and Visual Art from Pomona College, and a Masters in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has also completed a yearlong training in Yoga Education at Kaivalyadham Institute, Mumbai. Tulsi has taught yoga at the Harvard Wellness Center, directed programs at a community Makerspace, and helped establish the first Altschool in NYC. Tulsi is a consultant to holistic entrepreneurs, supports elementary students and families with mindfulness practices, and teaches private meditation and yoga. With Breathe for Change Tulsi leads workshops and mentors educators in the 200 Hour teacher training, and also supports the graduates of the program to be wellness champions in their school communities via ongoing professional development and in-school programs.
