November Update: Breathe For Change + Filament Games = Global Love
November 30, 2017
Dear Breathe For Change Community -
This season of Thanksgiving, we at B4C have much to be grateful for - and we are beginning a tradition of sharing monthly updates with our beloved educators and supporters so that you can share in our love and appreciation as we continue to grow.
More than 800 educators have now undergone transformation through our 200-hour Wellness and Yoga Teacher Trainings… and more than 225 graduates are now actively enrolled as B4C ChangeMakers. The positive ripple effects (AKA tsunami effects) of our programs are positively impacting tens of thousands of students and community members every day. Our team is feeling the bright love that comes from purpose in action, and from receiving the stories, photos, and kind words you are sharing with us.
We are deeply honored and humbled by the tremendous level of collaboration and contribution from educators around the world, and we have been working hard to continually increase the quality and accessibility of our programs as they scale.
For some time now, we have been dreaming of leveraging a playful and beautiful B4C technology platform to enhance and expand our trainings and ChangeMaker programs. This vision has always seemed to require resources and expertise beyond our means—so we have been embodying our work, and focusing on taking action in the present while keeping our intention in mind. That is, until…
The incredible team at Filament Games became inspired by the educators in our movement, and agreed to partner with us in bringing our dream of a B4C technology platform into reality! Filament is a world-class education technology company based in the same building as our Madison, WI office. We have been getting to know their team for some time, and are blown away by their talent, thoughtfulness and our alignment of values.
So, Filament, this update is dedicated to you. We could not imagine a more perfect partner in taking B4C to the next level - and we look forward to collaborating to Change the World, One Teacher at a Time for many years to come!
