Breathe For Change offers the world's only 200-hour wellness and yoga teacher training designed specifically for educators. We are offering four upcoming trainings across the country this summer! We can't wait to hear from you :)
Serena, Elementary Educator
"If you could do one thing that will help you not only be a better teacher, but also a better human, wouldn't you do it? Breathe for Change is that thing- I promise you it is. Take some time for yourself to learn, to grow, to be inspired. The best teachers are passionate, exhilarated, and joyful-- and Breathe For Change will help you get in touch with the amazing teacher in you."
Our community-focused, 16-day training is specifically designed to support educators in transforming ourselves, our relationships, and our communities. Together, we will study powerful mind-body wellness practices like yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork - and learn self-care, social-emotional learning, and community building strategies that positively impact our lives, classrooms and entire schools.
Graduates receive an official Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) certification. You will also be certified as a B4C Wellness Champion, qualifying to lead our wellness program at your school.

Kat, New York, High School Educator
"Breathe for Change has impacted my life in ways that I couldn't imagine. I came in feeling exhausted professionally and personally. The training allowed me to dive into my fears as a person showing me that it is only once I accept myself truly and wholly that I can build stronger, better relationships with others. Breathe for Change has helped build a community that is not only supportive but has shown genuineness in helping me grow to become the best version of myself."
Moira, Wisconsin, Elementary School Educator
"Breathe for Change should be REQUIRED for every teacher. The training starts from the 'self' and works its way to impacting the communities each trainee serves. Their level of knowledge and expertise was well-rounded and extensive. Every day was like tasting a brand new flavor of ice cream - exciting, tasteful, refreshing and pleasure-filled!"
Ariel, Bay Area, Elementary School Educator
"Breathe For Change is not just a training for a better way of teaching. It is also a training for a better way of living. You will work through personal issues that you may not have recognized you needed to work through and then feel rejuvenated. And when you move beyond that, you connect yourself with the community to address social justice issues in the most profound and safe manner. It is an experience you will keep with you forever- body, mind, and spirit."
