Breathe For Change is on a mission to enhance the health and well-being of educators, students and school communities. Our yoga and mindfulness training was developed by educators with over 50 years of experience teaching yoga in schools. During the training, educators will learn yoga poses and mindfulness activities, social emotional learning strategies, and community-building techniques that are tailored for integration with students.
Dates: August 14 - August 18, 2017, 10AM - 4PM.
Location: The training will take place in a central location in the Rivertowns, NY.
